TL;DR about new ships:
- Noshiro (T0) is broken and overloaded, has a personal 15% evasion rate boost, buffing your ENTIRE frontline regardless of faction with 12% crit rate boost, 20% torp damage boost and a semi-torp bulge
- Ryuuhou (T0) is a solid healer CVL that does a respectable amount ST healing (both backline and frontline, exclude subs, spread really evenly) while dishing out more damage than Unicorn due to virtue of higher efficiency (does even more with subs call in)
- Suruga (T0.5-1) is a decent BB (better Wash with CL gun, less AA but has zombie skill and some damage reduction) nuff said
- Kinu (T1-1.5) is a worse sub meme than Ryuuhou lmfao jk, just a typical low stat but high eff torp IJN CL with chain torps (Nagara class barrage = dog shit)
- Hibiki (T1.5) is overcosted Mahan (cost as much as Phoenix), decent for torp/eva stat padding for HM (Akatsuki class = not good)
- Kasumi (T2) is a worse Kagerou (no chain torp, but skill stack with all other torp buff skill in game, better barrage I suppose)
