Aerith dies
Bizarro Sephiroth is the final boss, Zack jumps through timeline or something and temporarily helps the party fight Seph, but only Cloud can see him. Aerith is also there and only Cloud can see her. Cloud thinks he's going crazy.
Cloud corrupts holy materia.
