Guys I am not going to chase for the highest DMG Hutao this time. There are four reasons
1.I am extremely unlucky with the shard （childe ult level 11 Hutao level 11）at this point its all rng
2.I figure out the method to deal highest hit with hutao （spreading the ice shield）in 30minutes after realease and i am already happy with that
3.Currently some people in chinese community think hu tao is bad or she can only nuke and she is pointless therefore i am saving the shard for my basic attack and E
4.Lastly reaching 2 millions is possible after calculation however even if i reached both LV 13 ULT and E i still need another 120000 but i do believe someone can achieve it
