I just watched Nakaido's latest video about Sakura Kakumei, and boy it was something.
Here's a part of the e-mail leak he got, as rephrased by Nakaido, from Delight Work staff regarding Sakura Kakumei's development.

"It's known that Sakura Kakumei has received a lot of negative feedback from the player, but the producer team including Baba Hideyoshi only shares the positive ones to the rest of the staff and shut down all the negative.
When the other staff shares negative feedback in the group for a discussion, it's completely ignored, preventing the team from making any proper improvement. The environment and state of the company made it hard for player's voices to be reflected in the game's development.
Our company also made no attempt to contact Hiroi Oji (creator of Sakura War franchise) for his input and the entire production is handled in collaboration solely between our company and SEGA.
It also seems like the producer team has absolute confidence in FGO and tries to apply everything that they did in FGO to Sakura Kakumei. However, it resulted to a barrage of illogical, unreasonable orders that the development staff has to answer to."

"I believe Sakura Kakumei won't last long now. The company also seems to be preparing to close the game sometime around March this year. The producer Okamura was pushed to take responsibility and quit his position, and now Baba Hideyoshi fills in as his replacement.
Currently, there are a lot of ideas being thrown around in the development team, but all of those ideas were taken down by Baba Hideyoshi, and those that he did accept were never implemented. There's pressure from President Souji as well, making it hard to even do anything.
As result, the Nirai Kanai event that was supposed to be held soon is being pushed back indefinitely. Without knowing what's the plan for the game currently and in the future, we were forced to work on stuff (sometimes having to pull an all-night) that we are not even sure will get implemented or not."

Taking this e-mail at face value, it seems for Delight Works, FGO's "success experience" is everything.
Basically saying "FGO did great in that way" while not realizing that it's most likely "FGO did great IN SPITE of that."
And for those reading this, please be aware that this email is still merely one side view of the situation. We still don't know what's going on on the producer side of things, so take it with a grain of salt.
If you're curious about this matter, I highly suggest you watch the video.
